​Guests will enjoy the culinary mastery and special menu by celebrated Chef, Wolfgang Ban Chef/Owner: Edi & the Wolf – Midtown, NY and Seasonal Restaurant & Weinbar – East Village, NY (Michelin Star). Chef Wolfgang Ban brings over a decade of experience and training to his work in the culinary arts. Wolfgang has spent the past eight years in New York City as executive chef for the Austrian ambassador to the United Nations and as executive chef for the restaurant located in the German Mission to the United Nations.

Bier Garden Experience Dinner

​Oktoberfest Brickell is going to feature an exclusive preview of the upcoming Brickell Bier Garden. Limited, exclusive restaurant seatings will be offered which include 3 courses prepared by Wolfgang Ban, each course paired with a beer from Radeberger. Chef Wolfgang Ban will host the seatings, and a beer expert from Radeberger will give a tour of the beer pairings. The seatings will be limited to 2 per evening, so make your reservations early.​
